A FESTIVE jumper day and Christmas party was held to mark the end of term at St Georges Primary School.

Children were asked to go to school dressed in their party clothes or a Christmas jumper and the corridors were soon filled with little elves, reindeers and snowmen.

The school’s parent teacher association provided party food for the event and children enjoyed a feast of sandwiches, sausage rolls, home-made pizza and festive-themed cupcakes.

The event was put on to raise money for charity and donations were made to Save The Children.
