A series of fishy tasks got underway at a supermarket in Locking Castle.

Morrisons, in Elmham Way, opened its doors to students from the North Somerset Enterprise and Technology College to teach them about fish.

Fishmonger Ray Bint taught the students about different types of fish, and how they are caught and prepared.

The youngsters also learned how to make fishcakes.

Morrisons’ Academy Of Food sessions ensure students learn where food comes from, and how it can be prepared from scratch.
