LITERATURE fans with MP3 players can now download hundreds of audio books by favourite authors such as Stieg Larsson and Sophie Kinsella for free.
As part of the new service being launched throughout public libraries in North Somerset, people can download more than 600 titles to a PC, mobile phone or MP3 player.
Councillor Felicity Baker, North Somerset Council’s executive member for libraries, said: “This new service is easy to use, available all day every day - and best of all it’s free.”
To launch the new service, anyone downloading an audio book will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win iTunes vouchers. The draw is open from February 1 to April 30.
