From Cheddar to Paris: trip success

PUPILS from Fairlands Middle School in Cheddar had a taster of life in France after visiting the country for the second part of an exchange programme.
Following the arrival in March of 20 students from Collège Marcel Pagnol, the youngsters got the chance to visit the continent and spend time with their new found friends in their own country.
This is the third time the exchange programme has taken place between the two schools, and Cheddar is actually twinned with the French school’s village Vernouillet.
Both sets of pupils are taking part in a cross-circular project on Great Engineers of our Time, and they all had the chance to visit landmarks in both countries to learn more about this theme.
