PUPILS from Churchill Academy and Sixth Form got the chance to contemplate their future at a careers convention held at the school.
More than 40 organisations ranging from big name brands such as Thatchers Cider to smaller charities and retailers were on hand to chat to pupils about to embark on the next stage in their career.
Many of the region’s top universities also attended, with prospectuses and advice on different course options.
The teenagers and their parents also enjoyed professional hair and beauty demonstrations and got the chance to talk to police officers and gap year specialists at the event, which is run annually at the school.
