Churchill Academy and Sixth Form fancy dress

ONE North Somerset secondary school was overtaken by blue avatars, ancient warriors and toy soldiers as part of its annual fancy dress parade.

Pupils from Churchill Academy and Sixth Form went all out for the event to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The corridors were overtaken with pupils who had left their uniforms at home and exchanged them for a series of impressive group costumes.

More than £140 was raised for the charity by the school’s sixth form students, to support an ex-pupil who is currently undergoing treatment.
