ALMOST 100 creative art degree students from Weston College have been given a square foot of space in a Bristol gallery to showcase their talents.

Aleatory is the exhibition which was held at The Island in Bridewell Street and visual communications lecturer, Kelly Metcalfe, said: “Aleatory by definition is to rely on chance or an uncontrolled element in the creation of art.

“The students on this University of Arts London course explored the word through creativity and presenting its unexpected results.

“This diverse exhibition was concentrated on a limited space of a square cubed foot featuring textiles, fine art, graphics, illustrations, photo media and 3D work.”
