A WESTON headteacher is 'delighted' with her students' achievements after they received their GCSE results today (Thurs).

At Broadoak Mathematics and Computing College, 82 per cent of students gained five or more A* to C grades.

Headteacher Shelagh Pritchard said: “I am delighted with our results, we have introduced some very innovative learning programmes for our core subjects and we have already seen the results with an anticipated 50 per cent of students gaining A* to C in English and Maths.”
