AFTER weeks spent revising, year 11 students from Priory Community School finally got to let their hair down at the school’s end-of-year prom.

The prom was held last
Thursday and students arrived at the school in Worle in high-end motors, dressed up in expensive ball gowns and tuxedos.

A coach then whisked the pupils away to Rookery Manor in Edingworth where the main event took place.

Students got to dance the night away and the school mascot, Percy the Hedgehog, got involved in the action too by having a close-fought dance-off against the school’s principal Neville Coles.
