NAILSEA children were joined in class by their parents for an afternoon of maths.

The youngsters at Golden Valley Primary School took part in the session so parents and relatives could learn more about the activities carried out in reception classes.
They also spent some time making and playing maths games, which they could then take to enjoy at home.
