Archant

A HUGE steel gorilla was installed on Weston beach on Friday.

The unusual 12ft
structure is located at the World Sand Sculpture
Academy display, between the seafront office and
first aid post and the SeaQuarium.

The art piece fits in with this year’s jungle theme
and was designed by
18-year-old Weston College student, Toby Moir, who is studying for a foundation diploma in art, design and communications.
