BUDDING gardeners have been enjoying
helping to spruce up their new green area.

Pupils at St Georges Primary School can now benefit from a garden and pond, which has a boardwalk and observation platform so that it is accessible all year round.

The school garden is managed by the children from the garden and ecology club, teacher Julie Cottis and learning support assistant Chrissie Raby.

Both facilities were
officially opened last week by Reverend Peter Lynch, from Worle Baptist Church, following the
harvest celebrations.
