A WESTON teacher who is taking on a major challenge for charity has been given cash by her school to help her reach her fund-raising target.
Hayley McCutcheon, who teaches at Windwhistle Primary School on the Bournville, is trekking the Great Wall of China in October to support Children’s Hospices UK.
She has been holding a range of events to help her reach her 3,200 target including making crafts for sale and several other activities.
The school has now presented Hayley with a 200 cheque following a successful sponsored schools event which was recently held there.
