MORE North Somerset pupils have been taking the healthier option on the way to class.
Pupils at Sandford and Churchill primary school took part in National Walk To School week.
As part of the annual event families were encouraged to keep their cars at home and get children to enjoy an alternative, more environmentally-friendly and healthy way to get to classes.
Headteachers across the district organised walks in the mornings to coincide with other health-conscious activities.
