Jack’s guy bags Winscombe honour

THERE was more than a penny on offer for the winner of a guy-making competition at Winscombe Primary School.

Instead, the champion guy-maker was offered centre stage at a busy school event, by being asked to flick the switch to ignite the school’s annual firework display.
