ONE lucky pupil at Sandford Primary School was the envy of her classmates as she became headteacher for a day.
Year five pupil Lauren Nichols won a parents and teachers’ association raffle at the school’s Autumn fair to take on the role on Thursday.
Usual headteacher Lin Williams said: “Lauren dressed for the part as she toured the classes, met some parents and talked to the children in each class. She performed her duties in an exemplary manner.”
