HUNDREDS of secondary school pupils flocked to the beach as part of a mass tag rugby event organised by Weston College.
Students from Worle, Churchill, the Hans Price Academy and Broadoak Computing and Mathematics College gathered between the Grand pier and the SeaQuarium to take part.
The basics of the sport were taught by Weston College staff and pupils and about 120 youngsters participated in matches.
