MUSIC students from Hugh Sexey Middle School have been congratulated and presented with certificates after passing some recent music exams.

The pupils entered the exams last term, which included the clarinet, cornet, trumpet, flute and music theatre.

The results were presented by The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music and the Trinity College London.

Successful pupils such as Maisie Lewis passed her grade two flat cornet with a distinction and George Brazier passed with a merit.
