GOOD or bad service can affect a customer’s perception of a business which has encouraged a retail initiative to set up a new training programme.
To help businesses with this problem, Bridgwater Retail Initiative is extending a practical workshop programme for all businesses in Sedgemoor on September 21. This will include two sessions of customer service training, held at Bridgwater College.
The training session runs twice during the day at 9.30a –11.30am or 12.30pm–2.30pm and places cost �20.
