A PROPOSED expansion of a nursery in Worle has been approved despite concerns over noise and traffic.
Little Starz, in Ebdon Road, has been granted permission to increase its capacity from 33 to 61 children by North Somerset Council.
Members of the south area committee heard how the plan had received 11 letters of objection, mainly over parking and disturbance.
But the councillors were advised by their officers that the proposed expansion would not have an impact on neighbours and parking arrangements were acceptable.
On voting to approve the application on July 21 however, councillors asked that the nursery set up a drop-off area for children.
