THE Honeytree Day Nursery at Weston General Hospital has been told it must improve its paperwork when carrying out risk assessments.
Children’s services watchdog Ofsted has given it a notice to improve following a recent inspection.
The nursery was visited after Ofsted received a complaint last month which raised concerns over safety of children and security of the premises.
Although it was found during the inspection that the nursery was safe and secure, the inspector found ‘although the assessment of risk had been carried out the record of the assessment was incomplete’.
