RUGBY union stars from Bath teamed up with Weston College to help launch a women’s touch rugby team and gave out prizes at their training session.
Full-back Jack Cuthbert and prop Nathan Catt put the women through their paces at Weston Rugby Club in Sunnyside Road North.
Prizes were given out by the visitors to girls and boys who took part in the training session.
Student Sarah Jackson was awarded an exclusive England shirt for most improved player and student James Davies won a signed Bath rugby ball.
Sabrina Page, the college’s sports co-ordinator, said: “This is a first for the college and is part of our enrichment programme to encourage more students to do sport.
“We were delighted to have the Bath rugby players with us at the launch because they really helped inspire the students.”
