Pupils challenge Penrose

AT WORLE Community School’s literacy and numeracy day pupils were able to question MP John Penrose on the issue of government spending.

Students of the school, in Redwing Drive, came up with their own questions and talked about what concerned them as residents of Weston.

They also talked about current issues in the town such as the Tropicana, drug rehabilitation centres and also found out more about Mr Penrose’s job and what he stands for as an MP.
