PUPILS at St Anne’s Primary School in Hewish learned about the wonders of the cosmos with a visit from the explorer dome.
The Bristol-based planetarium organisation set up at the school in Bristol Road on February 23 and gave pupils a visually-aided introduction to the earth, moon, sun and stars.
At the workshop they found out about why the sun moves across the sky, looked for different phases of the moon and learned how to spot Orion in the stars.
