YOUNGSTERS from a Pill school have been using their spray paints to make their mark on the school walls.

Eleven art students from St Katherine's School, in Ham Green, have been showing off their skills by spraying pictures encouraging healthy eating on the canteen walls.

The school is currently working towards the Food for Life Partnership Silver Mark and it is hoped the new graffiti will help to promote healthier lifestyles.

Extended schools co-ordinator, Rhian Tooker, said: "We want to inspire students with modern, funky art that provides a healthy, climate friendly message in an area they go to daily for a healthy dinner."
