MILTON Park Primary School pupils said farewell to a much-loved member of staff on Thursday (Dec 9), as she prepares to leave the school after 28 years.
Teaching assistant Sandra Diamond will be retiring at Christmas, and headteacher Sara Hedger said: “She has worked with hundreds of children and families over the years and will be greatly missed by staff, parents and children alike.
“We don’t know what we will do without her.”
On Friday (Dec 10) pupils and staff also celebrated Tinsel for Tots Day, where they wore tinsel and made donations towards the special baby unit at St Michael’s Hospital in Bristol.
