Pupils tread the boards at nursing home

YOUNG thespians from a Weston school presented a play to nursing home residents.

Around 30 Oldmixon Primary School pupils performed at Uphill Grange Nursing Home – an event organised by recruiting company Hays Education (HE) as part of its community cohesion programme.

Robert Bennett, of HE, said: It was great to see the children perform their play.

“They only had two weeks to prepare and learn their lines, but they performed brilliantly and the residents at the home thoroughly enjoyed the show.”
