PUPILS at a North Somerset primary school now have a safer walk to school following the launch of a new pathway.

Locking Primary School’s new park and stride was officially opened on Friday.

Five-year-old pupil Ewan, who was the first person to use the path across the rec, is pictured shaking hands with Locking Parish Council chairman Mike Cooper.
