PUPILS, staff and governors who have helped build Churchill Primary School up over the past decade were invited back for a celebratory afternoon to mark its 10-year anniversary at its current site.
Everyone joined in a sing-song before heading outside to plant flowers to mark the occasion. Daffodils in the shape of a giant number 10 and an acorn from the original site further down Pudding Pie Lane were also planted.
A new amphitheatre was opened before guests heading back in for tea and cake.
Headteacher Valerie Tighe said it was a brilliant afternoon and everyone enjoyed themselves.
