CHILDREN and staff at a Weston school donned Victorian clothes to celebrate its 150th anniversary.

It was the first in a series of events held at Christ Church Primary School in Baker Street to mark the occasion, which also included an open day with old pictures and log books on display.

Children have also made a mosaic to commemorate the event, and will be taking part in a Victorian-style fair on Friday with old fashioned games and a raffle.
