THESE children were not wrapping up warm for the winter while taking inspiration from Cruella De Vil, instead they were learning all about life in the Stone Age during a day-long lesson.
Children from year three at Milton Park Primary School have been learning all about the prehistoric era, and were taught about the daily lives of cavemen, including what tools they used, what clothes they wore and what they would eat.
The seven and eight-year-olds in Brunel and Stephenson classes have been learning about the primitive people as their history topic. In February, the youngsters will be effectively travelling back in time and take a trip to Wiltshire to see the national landmark and prehistoric monument at Stonehenge.
