PRIORY Community School has won an award for making the most of one of its greatest assets - its employees.
It achieved gold status from Investors in People, a non-departmental public body responsible for business planning and policy development.
The Worle school, in Queens Way, first achieved the Investors in People standard award in 1997.
Assessor Dafydd Thorne said: "A highly developed model of leadership and a continuing commitment to innovation from the senior leadership, means that staff are strongly motivated to seek out and develop new initiatives.
