WESTON College students are being offered a range of healthy activities to encourage them to get fit.
The kick-start to a healthier lifestyle was part of a celebration of Women’s Health Week and includes zumba, body conditioning, dance and gym fusion.
Sports coordinator, Sabrina Page, said: “We wanted to offer everyone the opportunity to try out new and exciting activities run by qualified instructors.
“Hopefully now these can be included in the student’s timetable for long-term fitness.”
Supporting the event were instructors from Doubltree Cadbury House Hotel and Spa, Ylime Dance and Fitness Factory, Virgin Active and Jacqueline Fox School of Dance.
