▲ EIGHT Weston College textile and design students were able to test out their selling flair at a wedding fair.

The students created hair accessories, garters and decorations to sell at Griffens Carnival Club wedding fair and Bridgwater and Albion Rugby Club in Bridgwater.

Textile and design lecturer, Nicola Stent, who gained a first class degree at Weston College, said: “It’s a way to use skills they have developed on their A-level course and get them to think about the commercial world in which they are going to eventually work.”
