Summer celebration at Sidcot

Sidcot School’s summer festival celebrated some of the pupil’s diverse talents as the end of the academic year draws nearer.

A fashion show on June 22 allowed the textiles students to show off their creations, while a summer exhibition in the arts centre over the weekend showed the best of work in art, design and technology and textiles.

There was also the 100th Dymond Speech competition on June 25, an annual public speaking contest which was won by Lorcan Reed.

Over the course of the weekend there was also a garden party featuring stalls and games, and a trampolining display and gymkhana event.
