YOUNGSTERS invited the owner of an Indian takeaway to their school to learn about Asian culture.
Staff from Pappadoms takeaway in Milton visited pupils at Westhaven School in Ellesmere Road, Uphill, to demonstrate food such as onion bahji and meaty samosas being prepared.
Pupils then learned about the foods’ cultural history before getting the chance to make their own takeaway meals as part of their year 10 life skills accreditation in international awareness.
