IF YOU went down to Worle this week you might have had a surprise – a picnic full of teddy bears at one primary school.

A picnic for cuddly toys was held at Mendip Green Primary School as part of Worle Community School’s extended learning activities.

A number of sessions are being held throughout the summer holidays and children also got the chance to try their hand at designing clothes.

A T-shirt designing workshop meant children could draw their favourite characters or patterns onto shirts to show off to their parents.
