Tennis player accepts American university scholarship

A TENNIS player will be jetting off to the United States after she was accepted onto a scholarship programme, all thanks to a YouTube video.
Vanessa Brill, who attends The Kings Of Wessex Academy in Cheddar, has got into Newman University in Kansas after she submitted a video of herself playing tennis.
As well as taking her A-level exams, she has had to complete American SAT exams.
Vanessa has been playing since she was five years old, and has played on the Aegon Ladies British Tour.
