FASHION and faith combined together inspired textile students at the The Kings of Wessex Academy in Cheddar.
Reverend Joanna Jepson from The Empty Hanger organisation gave an interactive presentation to year 10 students, showing garments designed by London College of Fashion students.
The clothes on display were based on Old Testament characters from the Bible, with the Garden of Eden and Jacob’s false identity.
Then students had the opportunity to design their own garment reflecting their identity, based on objects of significance.
Reverend Jepson is based in London and travels around the country leading workshops.
