WIZARDS, witches and war evacuees were all to be found at Wrington Primary School when it held a special literacy week.
More than 200 pupils all dressed up as a book character of their choice on Friday and it was clear that Harry Potter remains a firm favourite.
And the teachers joined in the fun with year six pupil Becky Matthews stealing the limelight in a gorilla costume. The kids had enjoyed a week full of exciting activities designed to promote reading, including a hot chocolate and bedtime story session in their pyjamas.
