Primary school children buried a time capsule sent from an island in the Indian Ocean.
Locking Primary School has been linked with the Mahanaga Maha College in Sri Lanka for eight years.
In their latest project, both schools created time capsules. The time capsule from Locking, which is buried at Mahanaga, contains objects such as a picture of the Queen, a Frozen DVD and loom bands.
The time capsule from Sri Lanka, buried in the playground in Locking, contains handmade gifts, a picture of the president and coconut trinkets.
The plan is to dig up the time capsules together in 10 years.
