TEXTILE design students from Weston College had a surprise at their end of year fashion show, when TV star Ralf Little joined them on stage.

Ralf, who is currently filming in Weston for Sky’s comedy The Cafe, presented and supported the show which displayed the students’ creative pieces.

Nicola Stent, who teaches A-level textile design at the college, said the show was a great success and she and her team will be offering Weston residents a chance to see more of their work.

Nicola and her pupils will be running a fashion and textile outlet in the Sovereign Shopping Centre on Saturday which will feature garments, accessories and handmade gifts made throughout the year.

The outlet will be in unit 9, opposite Druckers, from 9am to 5pm.
