Weston College has today (Friday) launched a new video showcasing one of the many adult courses on offer ahead of its open evening on June 15.

A new adult and part-time guide will be launched indicating the range of courses available as well as details on how to apply for loans if you are aged 19 or over.

The video shows a number of adult students who changed career and took on the college’s construction course.

Dr Paul Phillips, principal and chief executive of Weston College, said: “It’s never too late to learn and you’re never too old.

“For adult learners we have a wide range of courses, which are very flexible, allowing you to learn around your other commitments, therefore increasing your chances of success.

“Coming to college can be a daunting prospect, especially if you are returning after a long break from education and training.

“More than half our students are aged over 19, so we are confident that we provide an adult-friendly learning environment.”
