Weston College catering students ‘spice up the kitchen’ at Chefs’ Forum

Weston College students have once again produced a host of delicious food as part of The Chefs’ Forum, which allows budding cooks to work with industry experts to learn new skills.
This week students studying catering at the college were under the watchful eye of Hari Gotra, who has her own website and blog.
She also provides Indian cooking classes and has developed pop-up restaurants. Her masterclass included a lesson on how to cook regional Indian dishes. Hari told students she wanted to see them ‘spice up the kitchen’.
