WORLE Community School pupils were treated to a master class as a dancer from a world-renowned company showed them some of the tricks of the trade.
Clare Parker, a dancer with the London-based Richard Alston Dance Company, visited the school on Monday to demonstrate her skills and help GCSE Dance pupils.
She is currently performing in dance show Overdrive around the country, a piece the students are currently studying.
Teacher Susanne Chalmers said: “By doing this workshop GCSE students will get a more kinaesthetic understanding of Overdrive.
“This experience should result in a higher GCSE mark all round.”
