Youngsters enjoyed a pentathlon as part of a regional competition.
Years one to six pupils at Worle Village Primary School have taken part in a pentathlon with many other schools in the area are competing in.
Debbie Doolan, year four teacher and PE lead, said: "We were lucky enough to have North Somerset PE Association come in and support the staff with the running of the event, which is based around the school games values of passion, belief, respect, honesty, determination and teamwork.
"The children thoroughly enjoyed the event which thankfully wasn't rained off with the current weather. Year two currently have the leading score in North Somerset.
"It is wonderful to be able to run these kinds of events again and continue with our goal of working towards the government's target of 30 extra minutes of physical activity a day."
