The leavers’ production is a highlight of every school year – and pupils in year six at Wrington Primary School did not disappoint when they presented their play at the end of term earlier this month.
Pupils performed their play to parents, pupils and teachers in the penultimate week of term to celebrate the end of their primary education and reflect on their time at the school, in School Road.
The production was just one element of a series of events to mark the end of year six pupils’ time at Wrington.
A leavers’ service at All Saints’ Church, in Station Road, an end of term disco and several secondary transfer days were enjoyed by pupils.
Some 27 children formed the year six class, and the majority of pupils will start at Churchill Academy and Sixth Form in September.
