BUDDING chefs at a Somerset school have proved their salt after winning a cooking prize.
Nearly 40 per cent of Shipham First School pupils and their families took part in the Somerset Family Cooking Challenge, in which they cooked a meal at home and took a picture of the feasts.
The pictures were displayed at the school and Somerset Healthy Schools Programme awarded pupils the second prize in the contest.
