Youngsters given health MOT by professionals

YOUNGSTERS at Locking Primary School were put through their paces by staff from one of the district’s leading health clubs.

Tom Horton, Danny Gazzard and Dave Jackson from theclub at Doubletree by Hilton in Congresbury held an afternoon of health checks with year one, two, five and six pupils.

The children were given a series of blood pressure, heart rate and lung function tests and were told about the importance of keeping fit and healthy.
