A GROUP of children has a bright future ahead after police handed over a set of fluorescent jackets.
Castle Batch Preschool in Rawlins Avenue, Worle, applied for the jackets to help keep youngsters safe on trips out to the nearby school and library.
PCSO Heather Fearle visited the children to donate the gear from Avon and Somerset Constabulary.
Michelle Badger, the preschool’s leader, said: “It means we can see them whenever we leave the premises and they have our logo on so people know they are with us. It makes them as safe as possible.”
